Package Safe is a cut-resistant delivery vault woven from body-armor-grade fiber, independently certified at ANSI cut level A9 — the highest rating on the scale. It hangs over your front door in seconds, the driver drops your package in, you key it out — and there's nothing left on the porch for anyone to grab and run with. No app, no subscription, no wi-fi, no nonsense.
The problem

A camera just films it happening and sends you the clip after your stuff is already gone. We wanted something that actually stops the theft, not something that documents it.
How it works
The bracket clips over the top of your door frame. No tools, no drilling, no installation. You set it up in a few seconds and you're done.
The vault opens wide so the driver drops your package in one-handed, then pulls the cord to lock it. No key, no app, no code for them to figure out.
You unlock it with your key, grab your stuff, and it's ready for the next delivery. That's the whole thing, start to finish.

The material
The vault body is woven from ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene — UHMWPE — the same fiber family used in cut-resistant gloves and protective gear. Our fabric is independently lab-certified at ANSI/ISEA 105 cut level A9 — the top of the scale — and pound for pound it outperforms steel on cut resistance, without the weight, the rust, or the rattle.
UHMWPE fiber has one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios of any material made, which is why it shows up in body armor and industrial cut protection.
Independent lab testing required 7,400 grams of blade load to cut our fabric — the top rating, A9, starts at 6,000. That's the same ANSI/ISEA 105 scale used to rate professional protective gear.
Polyethylene doesn't rust, corrode, or break down in sun and rain the way untreated metal can. It lives outside through Arizona summers and stays quiet on your door.

Who we are
We're Logan and Victor, and we started Package Safe because we were tired of watching porch pirates win, plain and simple. Victor had packages lifted off his own porch more than once, and we kept landing on the same thought, there has to be a better answer than buying another camera that just films your stuff getting taken.
So we built one. We're a small, bootstrapped operation out of Buckeye, Arizona, no investors and no big company behind us, just two people who don't think you should lose what you paid for on your own front step.

Questions & straight answers
Probably not, and here's why. There's no installation, nothing gets drilled, painted, or bolted to your house, and it comes down whenever you want. Most HOA rules are about permanent changes to the outside of your home, and this isn't one, it hangs over your door like a heavy-duty bag and lifts right back off. We're also finishing it in clean, neutral colors so it reads like a piece of home hardware that belongs there, not something bolted to your entry.
If they come on the same delivery run, which is how a lot of multi-package days actually go, the driver drops them all in at once and locks it. It's sized big on purpose, roughly a 2-foot opening with about 3 feet of depth, so it swallows several boxes including a large Amazon box. For separate deliveries spread across the whole day, the first one to arrive is the one that's locked up safe, and if you're the kind of household getting drops all day long, that's exactly what the two-pack is for.
Because that's the entire point. The second it's cinched shut it's locked until you open it with your key. If a second driver could open it to add a package, so could a porch pirate, and then the whole thing is useless. Staying locked the moment it closes is the feature, not a limitation.
It's anchored. The vault connects by a cut-resistant steel cable to a bracket that sits over the top of your door frame, so there's nothing to just grab and run off with. Defeating it takes tools, time, and a lot of obvious effort right on your doorstep, usually in full view of a camera or the street. Porch piracy is a grab-and-go crime, the thief wants something sitting in the open they can snatch in seconds, and this takes that off the table completely.

We'll shoot straight with you, no product on earth can force a driver to do anything. But because it's right there over the door, already open, and takes less effort than setting a box down and stepping back, most drivers use it. Adding a quick delivery note in your Amazon or carrier app helps too, and we'll give you the exact wording that works.
This is a theft device, not a weather box, so we won't pretend it's sealed against a downpour. But here's the thing, a package inside the vault is no more exposed to weather than the same package sitting on your step would be, and most deliveries land under some kind of cover anyway. It keeps your stuff from getting stolen, your porch roof keeps it dry.

It's built for standard residential door frames, and it's sized to hold up to a large Amazon box, around 18 by 18 by 16 inches, while smaller stuff cinches down snug. Really huge items like furniture won't fit, but those aren't what porch pirates are running off with anyway.
